Getting there & parking

Arrival by car If possible, please approach from Grethen toward Beiersdorf to avoid unnecessary traffic and waiting times. Parking As in previous years, Bauernland GmbH Beiersdorf provides a harvested field for sufficient parking. Please always follow the instructions of security staff and parking attendants on site. Parking along the state road and near the railway crossing is strictly prohibited and controlled by the City of Naunhof. Violations may result in towing and fees. Please note this rule is issued by the city, we cannot change it. Arrival by bike To arrive CO2‑neutral, there are plenty of places to park bicycles at the site. Parking at your own risk. Arrival by bus + train Train: The stop is “Großsteinberg”. From there it’s about a 30‑minute walk or 8 minutes by bike to the site. Bus: From Leipzig, take line 690 to Grimma, then continue by train to the stop above. From Grimma, take line 644 toward “Großsteinberg Schule” and it’s about 30 minutes on foot. Food & drinks

Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed. Our bars are fully stocked. There will be a food court again this year with sweet and savory options. Want to offer food? Contact us at: food@buntetraeumerei.de

Fire safety

We dance close to dry forest areas in midsummer. The risk of forest fire is high. Please respect nature and others and dispose of trash and cigarette butts in the designated bins.

Photography

Analog and digital compact cameras and phone cameras (non‑professional equipment) are allowed. Interchangeable‑lens cameras like DSLRs are not permitted. Feel free to share your photos with us afterward.

Cultural contribution

With this contribution we support the Leipzig Nature Friends’ House Grethen e.V. as well as our artists and volunteer helpers.

Weather

The event takes place only in good weather – updates are shared on the website and our social media. Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/bunte_traeumerei Facebook: https://de-de.facebook.com/buntetraumerei/

Event duration

Bunte Träumerei runs from 12:00 to 22:00.

Hygiene

Naturfreundehaus provides the sanitary facilities again this year. The pandemic also showed that washing hands more often doesn’t hurt.

Confetti

No confetti! Cleaning up for a few seconds of fun takes forever and is nearly impossible.

Dogs, giraffes, fish

Out of respect for our best friends: please leave them at home with family or friends. The loud music and crowds are extremely stressful for animals.

Local impact

Our goal is to minimize noise and environmental impact to respect local wildlife. Our sustainability efforts are a continuous process to reduce our footprint. We’re always open to new ideas – if you have suggestions, email us: info@buntetraeumerei.de

Access + age restriction

There is no age restriction – everyone is welcome, young or young‑at‑heart. Spontaneous visitors are welcome too.

Drugs

The sale and consumption of illegal drugs is not allowed. Dealers will be removed from the site and reported.

Kids

Kids are always welcome! The large outdoor nature playground offers plenty of space to play. There will also be a bouncy castle and face painting. Please note: you are responsible for your children. We do not provide childcare (yet). Tip: loud music will be played – we recommend hearing protection for little ones.

Valuables

Please keep an eye on your valuables and bring only what you need. We are not liable for lost items. Unfortunately, we’re not immune to thieves.
